In 2019, Thomson launched their new website mythomson.com, which quickly proved to be successful in generating traffic. Over time, it identified the need to convert this traffic into concrete sales. So they turned to Click2Buy, which offered a solution for directing its consumers to its retail partners and providing real-time information on product availability.
The challenge for Thomson was to provide customers with up-to-date information on the availability of its products at all its retailers, in addition to a means to capitalize on their efforts to drive traffic to their site.
