CONTEXT

In 2010, Poolstar decided to pivot to a B2B model, transforming its e-commerce site into a showcase site. The aim of this reorientation was to gain greater visibility in the market, so Poolstar turned to major retailers who already enjoyed a strong reputation and the trust of consumers. To facilitate the customer journey and keep pace with the digital age, it decided to integrate a Where to Buy solution into its website, in order to capitalize on the traffic generated, converting it through a "drive to store" strategy.
